.MSG Franklin Ellis Indian, Retired US Air Force, 95 of Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2017.

Franklin was a veteran of World War II having served in North Africa, Italy and Southern France. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Anne Indian.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 11:00 am in Ft. Bragg Main Post Cemetery with full military honors. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home from 9:30 am until 10:30 am on Wednesday, August 23, 2017.

Franklin is survived by his daughter, Janice Marie Everett and husband Frank of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Veronia Everett Griffin and husband Robert of Raleigh and Elizabeth Everett Loppolo and husband Anthony of Southern Pines; great-grandchildren, Eleanor Griffin and Everett Griffin.

The family would like to thank Unity Home Health Care and Community Hospice for their compassionate care and help.
