Freida Bell McLaurin 83, of Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 1pm to 2pm in Lebanon Baptist Church in Eastover, NC, the funeral will follow at 2pm in the church sanctuary, burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

She was a beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister and friend, She was a Christian Woman of unwavering faith. She was actively involved in missions and ministry until recent months with failing health.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dougald Woodrow McLaurin Sr, Brother, Walter Clarence Bell, Jr , two sisters Melissa Bell Rawls and Eleanor Bell.

Surviving are her sons, Dougald Woodrow McLaurin, Jr and wife Linda, Eston Leon McLaurin and wife Nina, three grandchildren, Lisa McLaurin, Dougald McLaurin III, Anthony McLaurin, two great grandchildren, Michael & Daniel McLaurin, a sister in law, Barbara Bell, three sisters, Peggy Bell Smith, Hilda Gray, Pat Kimmer, Many nieces and nephews

In lieu of Flowers Memorials may be given to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering or general funds of , Lebanon Baptist Church or Thanksgiving Baptist Church.
