Gary G. Coonrod, 74, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Surviving are his wife, Kathie; daughters, Phyllis Marzuco and Robin Morrissey; sons, Phillip Nelson, Jess Coonrod, Chris Brown, Jake Brown; brother, Gerald Coonrod; nieces, Kari Mentink and Kris Linder; 9 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel.
