Mr. Gary C. Faircloth, 56, of Princeton, formerly of Fayetteville, died Saturday, August 25, 2007, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 29, 2007, at 12 noon in St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fayetteville. The burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. Gary was a school teacher, a hair dresser, and friend to all. He loved people and never met a stranger. He is survived by his sister, Susanne Faircloth of Fayetteville; his friend through love, Freddie W. Swafford, Jr., of Princeton; several aunts, cousins, and numerous good friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greenville Humane Society or to one's favorite charity.
