Ms. Geneva Biggs "Jackie" Ragan, 71, of Fayetteville, died Wednesday, October 27, 2010, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 29, 2010, at 1 pm in Jernigan Warren Chapel. The family will receive friends at the home of Kevin and Terry Ragan following the service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Ragan. She is survived by her life partner, Raymond Cyr of the home; daughter, Pamela Ragan Strope of Statesville; 2 sons, Tony of Ragan of Fayetteville, and Kevin Ragan and wife, Terry, of Fayetteville; step-daughter, Dawn Hibler and husband, Michael, of Faith, NC; 5 grandchildren, Lori Dwiggins and husband, Randy, Zachary Strope, Gregory Strope, Matthew Walker, and William Walker; and great-grandchild Kaylee Akers.
