Grady Cummings, Jr., 74, of Fayetteville passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

Grady was born February 17, 1944 in Robeson County, NC to the late Elinora and Rev. Grady Cummings, Sr.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Grady was a 1970 graduate of Brigham Young University. He was the former owner and operator of the Gym Rat at Cross Creek Mall.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 10:00 am at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Bragg.

Grady is survived by his sisters, Virginia Sanderson, Felicia Cummings and Susan Ann Cummings; beloved friend, Maria E. Vigil of Fayetteville.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Cummings.
