FAYETTEVILLE - Dr. Harry Albert Adams Jr., 60, of 228 Palomar St., died Monday, Dec. 8, 2008. Services: Memorial, 2 p.m. Saturday, with visitation following, in Church of the Open Door. Graveside, 1 p.m. Saturday in Lafayette Memorial Park West. Survived by: Wife, Susan; children, Amy Mackey and Al; siblings, Marsha Anders and Bruce; and three grandchildren. Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
