Harry Scott McMillan, 86 of Wade, died Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

A graveside Service will be held, Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Richard DePriter officiating.

Mr. McMillan was a U.S. Marine Veteran of WWII and he retired from the Cumberland County School System with 32 years of service; where he had served as a principal for 22 years.

Surviving are his wife Lauretta Dail McMillan of the home, son, Christopher "Chris" McMillan and wife Charlotte of Wade, and 3 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to McMillan Presbyterian Church 6020 Goldsboro Rd. Wade, NC 28395.
