Hazel Mcmillan Worrell's Obituary
Mrs. Hazel M. Worrell, 92 of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, September 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are her son, John Scott "Scottie" Worrell; grandchildren Julie Ann Worrell Phillips and Kimberly Michelle Worrell; and great grandchildren, Jaylon Anne Phillips, Landon Allen Phillips, Trystan Worrell and Addyson Riley Worrell.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday September 3, 2015 at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
