Mrs. Helen Bunce Cook Patterson, 75, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, June 3, 2008, in Village Green Care Center. Mrs. Patterson was a retired Realtor with Dan Gore-John Koening Realtors. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2008, in Campground United Methodist Church with the Revs. David Wade and Dennis Lamm officiating. The burial will be in Lafayette Memorial Park. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 tonight, June 4, 2008, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Mrs. Patterson was predeceased by her parents, James Harvy Bunce and Bessie Raynor Bunce; a husband, William Blake Cook; and a son, Kenneth Allen Cook. She is survived by her husband, John Edward Patterson of the home; her children, Sharon Pope and husband Dennis of Fayetteville, Randy Cook and wife Ann of Fayetteville and Robin Reap and husband Hunter of Cary; two sisters, Juanita Cain of Bladenboro and Elizabeth Cox of Fayetteville; two brothers, James Earl Bunce of Eastover and William Harvey Bunce of Clinton; her grandchildren, Christopher and Lindsey Pope, Eric Caratao, and Bessie and Ryan Cook; and a great-granddaughter, Majella Nicole Pope.
