Helen Smith Wrenn, 93, of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Brookdale Cypress Lake in Ft. Myers, FL. Helen was born January 13, 1930 in Mocksville, NC to the late Blanche and William Nathan Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wrenn and six brothers and sisters. She was a retired Cumberland County Elementary Education Supervisor. Helen was a longtime member of First Baptist Church where she served as the first female moderator of deacons and Sunday School Director. Helen and her husband enjoyed traveling around the world together. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 2 PM at First Baptist Church. Entombment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park Mausoleum.  The family will receive friends at the Church on Monday from 1-2:00 PM. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Wrenn.
