Henry Joseph Zielinski, 84, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, in his residence. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013, at 1 pm in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the visit from 11:30 to 12:30pm at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home. He is survived by his sons, Daniel Zielinski of Fayetteville and Joseph Zielinski of Dunwoody, GA; daughter, Charlene Johnston of Greensboro; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mr. Zielinski was a lifelong auto mechanic. He retired from the US Postal Service after 24 years with the Vehicle Maintenance Facility. He held various positions within the section and retired as an Accident Investigator. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Matthew's UMC, 202 Hope Mills Road, Fayetteville NC 28306 or Grace UMC, the Arise Breakfast Program, 438 W. Friendly Avenue, Greensboro NC 27401.
