Hilda Grey Hanrick, 69 of Wade passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in Womack Army Hospital.

Hilda was a member of the VFW Post 670 Auxiliary.

The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Memorial services on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 12 noon in the VFW Post 670, 3829 Doc Bennett Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28306.

Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, Thelma and Alton Boggs; son, Carl Thompson; daughter, Christina Stewart; brothers, D.A. Boggs and Eddie Boggs; sister, Ann Owens.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis "Butch" Hanrick of the home; daughter, Denise Smith of Winston-Salem; cousins, Buddy Boggs and wife Wilma and Lucas Boggs; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
