Mr. Hiram H. Hall, 83, of Fayetteville, died Monday, January 29, 2007, in his home. Mr. Hall was a retired Captain with the Fayetteville Fire Department after 37 years of service. He was a Shriner and a Mason with the Phoenix Masonic Lodge. Mr. Hall was also a member of Salem United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 2, 2007, at 2 pm, in Salem United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jay Winston and Melinda Ivey officiating. The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park. Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Faye Geddie Hall, of the home; a daughter, Donna Drake and her husband, David, of Fayetteville; two brothers, George W. Hall, Jr. of Largo, Fl and Kenneth Hall of Roanoke, Va; four sisters, Georgia McLeod of Fayetteville, Dorothy Geddie of Brentwood, Tenn; Lea Hardison of Bozeman, Montana, and Faye Merz of West Palm Beach, Fl; and two granddaughters, Emily and Maggie Drake. He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. and Maggie Hall; and sisters, Cleone Lee and Betty Musto.
