EASTOVER- Mr. Jack G. McLaurin,Sr. 75, of Eastover passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services for Mr. McLaurin will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Praise Fellowship Church of God with Rev. Richard Williford, Rev. Kenneth Boyd, Rev. Michael Boarts, officiating. Burial will follow in Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00p.m. till 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2012. Mr. McLaurin is survived by his wife Maxine J. McLaurin of the home, daughter Debra M. Davis and husband Lloyd of Eastover, son Jack G. McLaurin, Jr. and wife Rhonda of Stedman, grandchildren: Erin D. House, Clayton Lloyd Davis, Jack Gary McLaurin, III., Brent Austin McLaurin, Courtney McLaurin and great-grandchildren: Noah C. House and Madison J. House. He was preceded in death by his parents Garland and Thelma McLaurin and sister Hope Fussell.
