Jacqueline "Jackie" Cannon Andrews, 87, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at her residence with her family by her side.

Jackie was born on November 14, 1936, in Cumberland County to the late G.J. and Janie Ivey Cannon, one of eight children.

She was a graduate of Fayetteville High School and worked for many years with the Carolina Telephone Company. She was a member of Cedar Falls Baptist Church where she served in many positions, including the personnel committee, nursery leader, and a member of the choir. Jackie was one of the first ladies to be licensed with the Highway and Utility Contractors of NC. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, niece, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kenneth "C.K." Andrews.

Surviving are her sons, Charles Kenneth Andrews, II and Brian Cannon Andrews; sisters, Rachel McManus, Linda Thomas, and Maxine Arnette; grandchildren, Elyana Andrews, Jacob Andrews, Spencer Andrews (Anna Grey), Morgan Peterson (Kent); great grandchildren, Heath and Lillian Peterson, Calvin, Charleigh, Clara, and Collin Andrews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Cedar Falls Baptist Church. A burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. The family will receive friends from 1-1:50 prior to the service at the Church.
