James "Jim" Norman Culbreth, Jr. 57 of Raeford passed away on Monday, December 1, 2015 in his home. Jim was born April 25, 1958 in Wayne Co., N.C. to Hazel Johnson and the late James Norman Culbreth, Sr.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

He is survived by wife, Carolyn Bryant Culbreth of the home; daughter, Julia Lounsbury and husband Joshua of Raeford; mother, Hazel Hardin of Fayetteville; step-daughters, Jackie Bain Harman and husband Perry of Morgantown, West Virginia and Kim Bain Weaver and husband "J.K." of Savannah, Ga.; brother, Robert Louis Culbreth of Fayetteville; granddaughter, Jeni Kay Lounsbury and 6 step-grandchildren
