James Hilton Davis, 73, of Eastover passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023, at his home with his beloved family by his side.

Hilton was born September 2, 1949, in Robeson County, NC to the late Carleen and James Davis. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Sarah Prevatte and Iva Carol Young.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Wayne Parham, officiating.

He is survived by his son, Ashley Todd Davis (Kelly) of Midland; daughter, Jennifer Ann Lilly (Donald) of Oakboro; brother, Lloyd Davis (Debra) of Eastover; sister, Gwen Melvin of Stedman; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to 3HC Hospice, 2042 Wayne Memorial Dr. Goldsboro, NC 27534.
