James Keith Pugh, Sr., 76, of Fayetteville passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

James was born December 26, 1945, in Washington, DC to the late Annie Lee Thaggard and David Marshall Pugh. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Grey Pugh; son, James Keith Pugh, Jr., sister, Deloris Hough.

James was a timber farmer. He loved his tractor, family, and friends. James loved hunting and fishing.

Services will be held at a later date.

James is survived by his son, Robert David Pugh and wife Jaimie; daughter, Lorrie Pugh Whalen and husband Brian; grandson, Zachary Whalen.
