Mr. James "Hank" Randall Biggs, Jr., 44, died Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

He worked as a service manager for Harrell's Auto Service.

In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family, coaching youth baseball, and was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Washington Nationals.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Lynn Biggs and daughter Angelina Nicole Biggs of Fayetteville; sons Hank Aaron of Fredericksburg, VA, Dakota Austin, William Randall, and Wyatt Matthew of Fayetteville; sisters Cynthia Ortez of Shepardstown, WV and Kimberly Jenkins of Inwood, WV; and parents Sally Pearl and James Randall Biggs, Sr.

He is predeceased by a brother, Dana Biggs of WV.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Virginia.
