Jeannie Hathaway Ruffin, 73, of Linden passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Jeannie was born August 1, 1948 in North Tonawanda, NY to the late Clifford and Regina Hathaway.

She was a Marine veteran and a retired inspector with the U.S. Federal Government.

Graveside services were held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 2 pm at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Bragg, NC with military honors.

Jeannie is survived by her sons, Kenneth Ruffin and wife Marilyn, Kevin Ruffin; daughter, Michelle Runge; 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
