Mr. Jeff S. Clapper, 57, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, September 1, 2013, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home. A private burial will take place at a later date. Jeff was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Clapper. He is survived by his mother, Frances Clapper of Fayetteville; his father, Charles Clapper of Holden's Beach; two brothers, Charles Jones and wife, Diane, of Hope Mills, and Joseph Clapper of Fayetteville; a sister, Cynthia Clapper of Fayetteville; and a nephew, Daniel Clapper of Fayetteville.The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home.
