A memorial service will be held at 10am on Thursday June 7, 2012 in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church off County Line road in Gray's Creek. Survived by his Lifetime Partner, Dona Venable, Parents, Jerry Sr & Jackie, 3 brothers, Phillip, Charles & Randy and a sister Carolyn Johnson.A memorial service will be held at 10am on Thursday June 7, 2012 in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church off County Line road in Gray's Creek.
