Jessica Elizabeth Blake McPhaul, 41, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, October 7, 2018 in Greensboro.

A memorial service will be held Friday, October 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow in the Church Columbarium.

Jessica is survived by her daughter, Breann McPhaul; mother, Mary Ann Genter (Earl); father, Dale Eugene Blake (Donna); sister, Shelley Loraine Culbreth; brother, Jeremy Joseph Blake; and the father of Breann, Anthony Olas McPhaul.
