Jo Anne Erwin Failen, 78 of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Womack Army Medical Center.

Jo Anne was born on July 19, 1943 in Gaffney, S.C. to the late John Thomas Erwin and Lois Watkins Erwin.  She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend to all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel. The family will receive friends from Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Erwin.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Orville T. Failen, Sr.; sons, Orville Ted Failen, Jr., Jefferson D. Failen (Samantha); daughters, Lorie A. Davis (Norman), Pamela J. Failen; brothers, Earl Erwin (Pam), Larry Erwin (Kay), Christopher T. Erwin; sisters, Martha J. Erwin, Clearie K. Webb; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
