Joanne Helms Fulcher, 85, of Fayetteville passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Haymount Rehabilitation Center.

Joanne was born March 4, 1936 in Henry County, VA to the late Virgie and Charles Helms.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Carson Fulcher and  daughters, Debra Fulcher Armstrong and Cynthia Fulcher DeReyna.

A committal service will be Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 10 am at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Richard "Steve" Fulcher, Charles Douglas Fulcher; daughter, Catherine Lynn House; brother, Charles "Jack" Helms; sister, Betty Hall; grandson, Jay Armstrong; great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Reygan  Armstrong.
