A celebration of John's life will be held the same day at 2:00pm in Trinity Baptist Church. Survived by his wife of 68 years, Lois Tew Croom of the home, 3 sons, John Croom, Jr, Eugene Croom, & Johnny Croom, a daughter, Barbara Ellen Croom Jennings, a brother, Joseph, a sister, Phyllis Steele, 7 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren.
