John J. Ludwig, 88, of Fayetteville, Passed away Sunday November 23, 2008. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Rena M. Ludwig and a grandson, William Hawkins. He was a Army Veteran of World War II. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Thursday, November 27, 2008 from 6pm to 8pm at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Friday, November 28, 2008 at 11am in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Dr. Alton Howard officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. He is survived by his Daughter, Judy Galik of Fayetteville, NC, Two Sons, Jim Ludwig and wife Ann of Seattle, Washington, and Frank Ludwig and wife Jean of Fayetteville, NC. 8 Grandchildren, Deborah Nichols, Jeff Hawkins, William Ludwig, Robert Ludwig, Billy Ludwig, Egan Ludwig, Jeramy Ludwig, and Heather Ludwig and 12 Great-Grandchildren and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
