Dr. John R. Kluttz's Obituary
Dr. John Robert Kluttz, 78, of Fayetteville, died Friday, March 21, 2008, in N.C. State Veterans Nursing Home.
Dr. Kluttz retired from the Air Force as a lieutenant colonel.
Services: Funeral, 11 a.m. Friday in Northwood Temple. Burial in Lafayette Memorial Park.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Survived by: Sons, John Jr. and Terry; and three grandchildren.
