John Gregory Lawrence, 61 of Eastover passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017 .

Greg was born in Cumberland County on November 29, 1955 to the late Dorothy Edwards and Herbert Lawrence.

Memorial services will be Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Salem United Methodist Church with Rev. David Beck, officiating. The family will receive friends in the church parlor one hour prior to the service.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Fowler Lawrence; son, Kevin Pate and wife Sarah; daughter, Melanie Pate Norton and husband Ritchie; brother, Joe Cox and wife Judy; aunt, Eloise Murphy; grandchildren, Bonnie Pate, Kevin Pate, Jr., Sydney Pate, Susan Pate, Kelcey Pate, Charlie Pate and beloved dog, Miley.
