Mr. Johnny Edward Foust Jr., born on September 10, 1947, in Washington, Tennessee, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. He was the beloved son of the late Johnny Edward Foust Sr. and Josephine Cravens.

Johnny was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, successful businessman, and faithful friend. On June 7, 1966, he married the love of his life, Kathy Sue Foust, beginning a marriage that spanned six decades and was built on love, faith, and unwavering commitment.

He joined the U.S. Army at the age of 18 and served in the Vietnam War. He was a hardworking entrepreneur with a heart for serving others, Johnny was the founder and owner of Total Rehab Orthotics & Prosthetics, where he dedicated 28 years to improving the lives of countless individuals. His work was more than a profession it was a calling, and he was known for his compassion and genuine desire to help others regain independence and hope.

Johnny found great joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved classic and hot rod cars, spending hours in his garage, and caring for his blueberry farm. He treasured the time spent with his family and friends, creating memories that will be cherished for generations.

A man of strong faith, Johnny was a faithful member of Catawba Free Will Baptist Church and was also a proud member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

Johnny is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Kathy Sue Foust; his son, Michael C. Foust and wife Kim; his daughter, Heather F. Marchant and husband Mikey and his cherished grandsons, Dawson and Braxton. He is also survived by his sisters, Harriett Smith and husband Charlie, and Loretta Rasnick, and Linda Williams Sweney who was like a sister along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Edward Foust Sr. and Josephine Cravens, and his sister, Shelia Scalf.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Keith and Kim Boone, the compassionate staff of Valley Hospice House, Dr. Nazir and the staff at North Pavilion Cancer Center, Friends Will Richardson and Paul Bowen at Village Green, and Johnny's devoted friends/caregivers, Irvin Thomas and Cowboy, for the exceptional care, kindness, and support they provided.

Johnny will be remembered for his generous heart, his strong work ethic, his love for his family, and his willingness to help anyone in need. His legacy of compassion, faith, and service will continue to live on in the many lives he touched.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
