Joseph Frank Bill "Papa Joe" 46, Passed away on Sunday September 12, 2010. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Local 959 and a member of the Church of the Apostles in Hope Mills, The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Sunday September 19, 2010 at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, September 20, 2010 at the Church of the Apostles 1419 H. Bullard Road Hope Mills, NC 28348, with Pastor Dan Alger Officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Bill of the home, Father, Robert Bill of Hope Mills, A son, Justin Bill and wife Kelley of Hope Mills, a daughter Lauren Ashley Bill of Fayetteville, 2 brothers, Gary Bill of Hope Mills and Robert Bill of Fayetteville. 2 Sisters, Susan Blackman of Stedman and Janet Henry of Charlotte ,a granddaughter, Ryleigh Bill, 2 step-sons, Jason & Jeremy Jones of Columbia Missouri and 5 step grandchildren, Molly, Paris, Libby,Paisley and Preston Jones.
