COL Joseph L. Fournier, Retired US Army, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017.

He was born March 28, 1943 in Brunswick, Maine to the late Camille and Noella Fournier. He served in the US Army for 31 years. Following the military, he worked for NATO for 10 years. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Omaha and his Master's Degree from Florida State University.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Ursula; 5 children; 10 grandchildren; 3 sisters; and 1 brother.
