Joseph "Joe" Winford Horner, Jr. 77, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021, at his residence.

Joe was born on December 1, 1943, to the late Joseph Winford Horner, Sr, and Martha Elizabeth Blue Horner. He was a devoted husband, father and best friend to all that knew him. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.  A YouTube video of the service can be viewed at the following link. https://youtu.be/qS1S2UBQxMQ

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Myrtle Rose Horner; daughter, Johanna "Jodi" Rose Horner; sister, Anne Bowling; brother, Donald G.Horner; granddaughter, Avery Rose Polack.
