Beloved father, grandfather and friend, Joseph C. Yergeau, 76, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014. Born in Burlington, Vt., Joseph was a graduate of Burlington Community High School. The longtime resident of Hope Mills was a Tar Heels fan that loved to spend time with his family. He shared his passion for golf with both of his sons and could often be found on a golf course. Joseph is truly loved and will be greatly missed. He is survived by Virginia Yergeau; his children, Therese and Ron Fisher, Denise Atchley, Doris and William L. Faircloth, Mark Yergeau and Laurie Jones, and Jay and Wanda Yergeau; his grandchildren, Nicole and Jerry Hair, Nicole Atchley, Melissa Atchley, Ashley and Adam McLaurin, Kristine Atchley, Bryan Yergeau, Joshua Faircloth and Paige Miller, Tony Fisher, Michelle White, Jordan Fisher, Brendan Yergeau, Zachary Yergeau and Hannah Yergeau; and seven great-grandchildren.Visitation: 11am - 12 Noon Friday March 7, 2014 at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home Memorial Service: 12 Noon Friday March 7, 2014 at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home
