Josephine "Miss Jo" Clemo, 88 of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Josephine was born February 8, 1929 in Scranton, Pennsylvania to the late Stanislawa and Teofil Piotrowski. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Clemo.

Miss Jo was a founding member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a retired teacher assistant at Raleigh Rd. Elementary School for 21 years.

Funeral Mass will be Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 10:00 am in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with Father Jack Kelly, officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at the church one hour prior to the service.

Josephine is survived by her sons, James Clemo, Timothy Clemo and wife Tammy, Thomas Clemo and wife Susann, Robert Clemo and wife Sherri; daughters, Margaret Daughtry and Nancy Freeman and husband Keith; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
