Judy Milbourne, 83, of Fayetteville, NC, formerly of Frankfurt, Germany, died peacefully in the hospital on July 26, 2026.

Judy was born in Liegnitz, Germany in 1942 to Gottfried and Elli Emma Laugisch. She relocated to the United States in 1963 with her husband and children.

Judy was a housewife for many years, sold Avon and Home Interior, co-owned a moving and storage business, worked at the bowling alley, and in the restaurant business until she retired.

Her hobbies were crocheting, knitting, playing games, gardening, and swimming in her pool with family and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband Ralph W. Milbourne, parents, sister Rita, brother-in-law Jack, and son-in-law Dawayne. She is survived by her son Jay Dee (fiancé Angela Westfall); daughter Sandra Harmel; brother Harry Laugisch; granddaughters Morgan Starks (Dorian), Jacy Ronig (Ricky); 6 great grandchildren; nephew Lewis Crow; niece Barbara Crow; and great niece Sigrid Crow.

Her wishes were to be cremated and buried in Arlington National Cemetery with her late husband, Ralph. Per her request, there will be no services or memorial.
