Eastover- Ms. Julia Faydean McDaniel Bunce, 72, died Sunday, October 25, 2015, in Bethesda Health Care Facility.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 12 noon in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Revs. Ed Rogers and Bill Smith presiding. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 11 to 12 at the church.

Julia was retired from the Cumberland County Schools where she worked as a teachers assistant, primarily at Margaret Willis Elementary School. She was also a nursery worker at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by her 3 sons, Charlie Bunce and wife, Tracy, Robert Bunce, and David Bunce, all of Wade; a brother, Gary McDaniel and wife, Diane, of Lillington; her ex-husband and lifelong friend, William H. Bunce of Clinton; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
