It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Karen "Kem" Elizabeth Martin Miller on April 24, 2017. Kem was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Command Sergeant Major George Miller, Jr. Kem also served her country through her dedicated civilian employment in the G-3 Operations Division, USASOC. vice Kem also served her country through her dedicated employment to the civil division of USSOC.. She is survived by her sisters, Sherin Taylor, and Jamie Martin Savage, husband David and brothers Steven Martin , wife Margo Greene and Eddie Martin, wife Melissa Emmerling, and nephew Jason Taylor. Kem will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery with her husband at a date to be determined. Donations to the Fayetteville Animal Protection Society 3927 Bragg Blvd, Fayetteville, NC 28303 will be accepted in Kem's Honor.
