Karin E. Macintosh, 83, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Macintosh, Jr., a son, William "Bill" Macintosh, III, and daughter, Connie Fischell. She is survived by her sons, Roland Koch (Lisa), Jeffrey Macintosh (Melissa), and Quintin Macintosh. Grandchildren, Kara Simmons, Lindsay Koch, Erin Mudgett, Brandon Koch, Josh Macintosh, Tiffany Manley, and Constanza Macintosh. A memorial service will be held Thursday morning, June 15, at 11am in the Jernigan-Warren Chapel. A visitation will be held at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home from 10 to 11 am.
