Godwin- Mrs. Keeter Barnes Lucas, 82, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Wade Lucas and her son, Joseph David Lucas . Keeter is survived by her two daughters and their families: Emily and Dan Revels of Fayetteville and Susan and Robert Furmage of Kernersville. Grandchildren: Kevin and Jennifer Revels, Michael and Robin Revels, Hannah and Dan Meyer, Audrey and Andrew Wells, Becca and Chris Bell and Bobby Furmage. Great Grandchildren: Cate Revels, Cooper Revels, Finley Revels, Waverly Revels, Abby Meyer, Lucas Wells, Wade Meyer, Bailey Wells, Creed Revels and Oscar Bell. Funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Fayetteville, 102 Ann Street, at 2 pm on Friday, May 2, 2014. The family will receive guest for one hour prior to the service in the church parlor. The burial will be held at Old Bluff Church Cemetery in Wade. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting gifts to be made to the church.Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 2, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church burial will follow in Old Bluff Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 -2 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 one hour prior to the service in the church parlor.
