Mr. Kenneth Wayne Blackburn, 66, of Fayetteville died Friday, August 10, 2012 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Peace Presbyterian Church. With Rev. Annelle Waldron officiating. Burial will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street with military honors. Surviving are his wife Sandra W. Blackburn, sons: Kenneth Wayne Blackburn, Jr., Michael Shane Blackburn, sister Linda Schaub and 4 grandchildren.
