Kenneth "Ken" David Collier, Jr. of Fayetteville, went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on October 30, 2016. Ken was born on January 24, 1972.

He leaves behind his mother, Mary Collier of Fayetteville, father Kenny Collier, Sr. of Rogersville, TN; sister, Tanya Mauro of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Kevin Collier of Charleston, SC; daughter, Angel Smith and son, Aaron Chadwell both of Miamisburg, OH; grandson, Spencer Smith and various nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Ken was a graduate of Westover Senior High and had attended classes at Fayetteville Technical Community College. He worked construction for many years throughout the Southeast and Midwest regions working on commercial iron work. Upon leaving the construction field he began a career in IT which have been a lifelong passion of his. He enjoyed working on computers and cars equally alike. Ken leaves many friends and loved ones, who will mourn his passing. A celebration of life service will be held Friday, November 4, 2016 at 6 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Tanya Mauro officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m. one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
