Lawrence "Larry" R. Burrell, 78, of Fayetteville passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023.

Larry was born on February 27, 1945, in Brazos County, Texas to the late Napoleon Burrell and Delia Erzell Burrell.

He was Retired from the 82nd Airborne division of the U.S. Army and was a devoted soldier. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend to all who knew him.

Larry loved to go fishing anytime he got the opportunity to go and was a self taught engineer since he was always building and creating things.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Monika Burrell.

He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Burrell; brother, George W. Burrell; sister, Lillian Benford; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 27th 2023, at 1pm in Jernigan Warren Funeral Home Chapel
