FAYETTEVILLE - Ms. Lillian B. Dixon, 89, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013. Our Mother- we should all have one person who knows how to bless us. That person was our mom and our children's grandmother and our grandchildren's great grandmother. She had a heartwarming manner about her. We loved, laughed, and enjoyed our time together. Her smile was contagious. Our mom treated every single person she encountered with kindness, goodness and mercy. She was truly a beautiful, sweet lady from St. Pauls. She will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral Services will be held, 2 p.m. Friday in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery in St. Pauls. The family will receive friends form 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Surviving are her Daughters, Shirley Arndt, Janice Nance and Patty Wiggins; sister, Helen Barnes; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren on Friday January, 18 2013 from 1pm to 2pm followed by a funeral service in Jernigan-Warren Chapel at 2pm followed by a burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery in St Pauls.
