Mrs. Linda Jean \\"Jeannie\\" Burch, 59, of Fayetteville died Sunday, October 29, 2006 in Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center. Mrs. Burch was employed with Bullard Furniture for 16 years in sales and design. She was an active member of Camp Ground United Methodist Church where she served on the Board of Trustees and worked with the United Methodist Women. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 2, 2006, at 11 am in Camp Ground United Methodist Church with Revs. David Wade and David Malcolm officiating. A visitation will take place Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 pm at Jernigan Warren. Mrs. Burch was predeceased by her parents, Claude and Dovie Cain. She is survived by her husband, Chip Burch of the home; a daughter, Tammy Alexander and her husband, Todd, of Kannapolis; two brothers, Randy Cain and his wife, Pattie, and Jimmie Ward, all of Lincolnton, NC; and two grandchildren, Jenna Alexander and William Alexander. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
