Linda Painter Stewart, 59, died Sunday at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel with burial following in Cumberland Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Stewart, and her father, Willie Carl Painter. Surviving are her mother, Lena Painter; brothers, Willie Earl, William and James Painter; sister, Mary Beachum. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home.
