FAYETTEVILLE - Linda Jane West, 66 of Fayetteville passed away Friday, March 25, 2016 in UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Linda was born July 15, 1949 in Plattsburgh, New York to the late Marjorie and Gerald Martin.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Cumberland Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Sandy Saunders, officiating. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

Mrs. West is survived by her husband, James Calvin West of the home; sons, Brian K. Baughn of Fayetteville and James Calvin West, II of Fayetteville; daughters, Deborah Ann Tarrant and husband Robert of Fayetteville and Tammy Lynn Yates of Plattsbugh, New York; sister, Theresa Snow of Fayetteville; half-sister, Juanita Desrocher of Plattsburgh, New York; grandchildren, Keith Baughn, Shelby Wright, Cassaundra Corron, and Samantha Yates; great-grandsons, Aiden Baughn and Aiden Corron.
