FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Lola S. Hales, 73, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2009, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2009, in West Fayetteville Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Wilson officiating. She is survived by her husband, William C. \\"Bill\\" Hales of the home, a son, Jackie Bussey of Dunn; a daughter, Annette Bussey of Dunn; two sisters, Orlene Bass of Dunn and Annie Ruth Glover of Pacheco, Calif.; two grandchildren, Amber Bussey of Texas and Joshua Bussey of Erwin; two great-grandchildren, Jasmine Ybanez of Wyoming and Tanner Patterson of Texas; a nephew; two nieces; and seven great-nephews and great-nieces.
