Mrs. Louella Short Russell, 81 of Fayetteville passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2013 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 12 noon in St. Patrick Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Monday, September 16, 2013 from 6:00 till 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Russell is survived by her daughter Debra Ann Russell Todd of Fayetteville; grandsons Adam Russell Todd and Jacob Allan Todd.
